As a linchpin between Eastern and Western civilizations, Alaska is a USA outpost between Russia and Canada. With a population of only some 700,000 people Alaska serves as Top Cover for America—the point of the spear with Asia.

Once an Economically Developing colony of USA, today Alaska’s North Slope oil development has resulted in the State managing a Permanent Fund worth more than $81 Billion run by a board of Trustees picked by the governor. Over 60 years of Alaska living this writer has witnessed the Permanent Fund Dividend becoming a magnet for losers and misfits.

A Georgia judge has ruled that state lawmakers can subpoena Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as part of an inquiry into whether she engaged in misconduct during her prosecution of President-elect Donald Trump.

Despite efforts to keep this lawfare case alive, Elected Georgia DA Fani Willis has since the election been totally discredited and removed by the court. Alaska’s Attorney General may be just as corrupt, appointed to serve as henchman for the governor to override challenges by a subservient AK Court system.

World Events Could Exploit AK Chuckleheads in Public Office
This scenario in Asia could be the setting for a fiction thriller about international events leading to World War III. Imagine what might happen–given Alaska’s poor governance—in a hypothetical terrorist demand for $ Billions for kidnapped State Official(s). AK Officials could cook up a kidnapping and are not even bonded against malfeasance in accordance with requirements of the Alaska Constitution. The Permanent Fund would be on the hook.

I was shocked; this is not how you are supposed to handle security at any level. These were people pretending to be security guards. So my military training kicked in, it’s called Taking Inventory. We had several kids working there that had just graduated from high school, continued Stebbins. It is believed Trump’s team began getting in touch with Beijing shortly after Trump won the presidential election in early November. Developments then began to unfold more rapidly soon after Trump met with French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Paris.
A source familiar with U.S.-China relations believes the Trump-Macron-Zelenskyy meeting on Dec. 7 is closely related to the president-elect’s invitation to Xi (to attend the Trump inauguration).
Trump himself spoke of being in touch with Xi during an interview with NBC News recorded on Dec. 6 and broadcast on Dec. 8, the latter date coming after his Paris talks with Macron and Zelenskyy. “We’ve had communication as recently as this week,” he said.

Lack of Surety Bonding of AK Public Officials Reinforces Chucklehead Perception
Failing to enforce laws and public policy creates vulnerabilities for bad actors to exploit.
Bonding of public officials is required in state law but is not being done as public officials pass ever greater unsustainable budgets spending money previously dedicated to distribution to “Owner State” Alaskans as dividends under PFD statutes written when honorable public officials sought to keep from pissing Alaska’s Resource wealth away on government. This puts the AK Permanent Fund at risk as it represents the deep pockets any criminal or harmed litigant will go after.

Required Bonding of AK Public officials is Black Letter Law
Kenai resident, Ed Martin has been calling for adherence to this law for a long time and has been ignored in his direct appeals to public officials.

Having been in the construction business since the 1960s when he helped his father in the Mat-Su Valley, Martin knows the protection against huckster building contractors is possible through requirement in state law to be licensed, insured and bonded. A similar requirement in Alaska Law is likewise meant to protect We the People from huckster politicians, but it has long been ignored and may contribute to many of our elected officials blithely saying one thing when campaigning in district but quite another once teamed up with other politician co-conspirators at the capital in Backwater Juneau.

No AK Protection From Huckster Politicians
Upon inquiry into whether the State carried bonds on public officials, Martin was informed by the AK Director of Risk Management that bonds on public officials are unnecessary because the state has insurance.

I told the Director of Risk Management that is not correct, continued Martin. As a licensed, bonded and insured Alaska contractor I am fully aware of what protections surety bonds provide. I asked to see the bonds–and where the depository was for these public bonds required by law–and was told there were no bonds.
In fact, as part of his research Martin has learned there are a few conscientious public officials who have taken it upon themselves to pay for surety bonds.
Alaska’s first Supreme Court Chief Justice established requirement for the new state’s public official bonds in 1960 –back when Alaska leaders had gone to a lot of trouble and effort to prove to USA that the Territory was ready for statehood.
Most of all a surety bond serves as assurance of accountability because a public official becomes liable for paying back the amount granted by a court when wrongdoing has been committed.
Nobody cares about that in today’s Alaska.

This is my last story of 2024. It has been a productive year as the background story of how the scammer Borden family violated me to the greatest extent possible through AK Court lawfare, in a confidence scheme beginning in 2018 at the darkest time of my life, As God is my witness I did nothing wrong nor intentionally harmed anyone. I was framed in a Georgia scam, in violation of multiple Alaska and federal laws, as an honorable and accomplished senior (see resume),
Biased AK Judge Jose Garton awarded Bordens everything I owned and proceeds from sale of my home in a frivolous divorce in a sham Georgia marriage between two seniors on fixed incomes conducted in a state park by Bill Borden. The only thing Judge Garten couldn’t award Borden scammers–even knowing I had to leave the state after threat to my life and criminal burglary of my exclusively-owned home–was a gag order.
Some people may not like what I write but everything in every story is true.
My voice will not be silenced. I will continue to review the travesty Alaska has become from personal experience since the glorious quest for statehood because, like Job in the Bible, God has brought me new hope and happiness beyond what I could ever have hoped for.
This episode of my life was a travesty but it is over and I have extensive documentation from which to inform the world of what can happen at the hands of the devil.
